Your Opportunity with ECG: Consultant or Senior Consultant As a consultant or senior consultant at ECG, you’ll be an important part of our consulting team. Not only will you partner with some of the industry’s best to reach your highest goals, but you will also make a real difference in people’s lives. Your Responsibilities May Include: Analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting data to inform client recommendations. Performing detailed, quantitative analysis; building Microsoft Excel models; and preparing operational and financial projections. Leading information-gathering efforts. Helping develop a project’s approach, strategies, and work plans. Conducting stakeholder interviews. Developing project findings and recommendations. Preparing project materials and reports. Presenting final deliverables to client sponsors. Assisting in the design and implementation of recommended solutions. Working closely with multiple project teams and ECG senior consulting leaders. Communicating with management and executive-level client staff. Taking responsibility for project outcomes. Learning about ECG’s breadth of solutions and identifying those that reflect personal and professional interests. Participating in peer and junior staff knowledge development and career advancement. Acting as an ECG ambassador within personal, professional, and alumni networks.
